PATENTS & LABORATORY TESTING

Four international patents,
registered across three countries.

Each certificate is listed by country and patent type. Test data are organized separately for ingredients and finished products.

HOW TO READ THE EVIDENCE

Patents, test results and human effects are distinct kinds of information.

Patent information

Technology and scope of patent protection

A patent certificate does not equal certification of the product’s human efficacy, nor does it mean that all health claims have been verified.

Sample testing

Results for specified samples and methods

Ingredient powders, extracts, single-botanical tablets and blended tablets must be interpreted separately. Their results cannot be added together or applied to every product.

Human evidence

Requires studies of the relevant product

SOD-Like, ORAC, DPPH and compound-content results alone do not establish anti-inflammatory effects, absorption or disease-related benefits in humans.

Original reports may contain restrictions on use or display; this page does not represent laboratory names, reports, or patents as recommendations or endorsements of product efficacy. Values, methods and usage restrictions are subject to the original.

Amla Test results →

Amla extract, fermented powder and peptide extract powder are different submitted samples. Results must not be treated as one ingredient batch or finished product. The sum of 8 catechin measurements is 1.50 mg/g, including EGCG at 0.10 mg/g; these figures are not interchangeable.

  • Amla extract: SOD-Like activity ↗2022-05-18 · Sample names follow the original reports

An in vitro assessment of superoxide radical scavenging activity in the submitted Amla extract sample. Results cannot be directly equated with SOD enzyme activity in the human body.

  • Fermented Amla powder: ORAC ↗2021-11-04 · Sample names follow the original reports

ORAC is an in vitro antioxidant capacity index expressed in terms of standard Trolox equivalents and is used to compare specific samples submitted for testing.

  • Amla peptide extract powder: coenzyme Q10 ↗2023-11-13 · Sample names follow the original reports

Quantifies coenzyme Q10 in the submitted Amla peptide extract powder. The result applies to this ingredient sample, not to the amount per serving of the finished product.

  • Amla peptide extract powder: catechins (8 compounds) ↗2023-11-16 · Amla peptide extract powder

Report OHC 231110-F009A lists eight catechin measurements totaling 1.50 mg/g, including EGCG at 0.10 mg/g. The total is neither the amount of EGCG alone nor a separate test item in the report.

  • Fermented Amla powder: GPx activity ↗2023-04-11 · Sample names follow the original reports

An in vitro measurement of glutathione peroxidase-related activity in the submitted sample.

  • Amla extract powder: DPPH radical scavenging capacity ↗According to the original report · Sample names follow the original reports

The DPPH test uses in vitro chemical reactions to evaluate the sample's ability to scavenge stable free radicals and does not directly represent clinical effects in humans.

Noni Test results →

Noni concentrated extract powder is a single-ingredient test sample. A separate report covers SOD extract tablets containing Amla, Noni, Jabuticaba and apple. Total tannins measured in that blend cannot be attributed to Noni alone.

  • Noni concentrated extract powder: SOD-Like ↗2023-10-31 · Sample names follow the original reports

An in vitro assessment of SOD-Like activity in Noni concentrated extract powder. Results from multi-ingredient blends are not presented as results for Noni alone.

Jabuticaba Test results →

Fermented Jabuticaba, solid extract, extract powder and tablets are different sample types. In vitro testing under strongly acidic conditions does not by itself establish absorption or effects in humans after oral consumption.

  • Fermented Jabuticaba: SOD-Like activity ↗2021-08-25 · Sample names follow the original reports

SOD-Like activity measured in the submitted fermented Jabuticaba sample using an in vitro method. It cannot be directly equated with antioxidant effects in humans after consumption.

  • Solid Jabuticaba extract: ORAC ↗2021-10-18 · Sample names follow the original reports

ORAC presents the in vitro antioxidant capacity of a specific sample in Trolox equivalents.

  • Jabuticaba extract powder: quercetin ↗2023-09-23 · Sample names follow the original reports

Quantitative analysis of quercetin content in Jabuticaba extract powder samples.

  • Solid Jabuticaba extract: total tannins ↗2022-05-11 · Sample names follow the original reports

Presents the quantitative results of total tannins of Jabuticaba solid essence samples submitted for testing.

  • Jabuticaba tablets: piceid ↗2024-07-31 · Jabuticaba Tablet Sample

Measures the resveratrol glucoside piceid in a Jabuticaba tablet sample. These tablet results are listed separately from those for individual ingredient powders.

  • Jabuticaba tablets: DPPH radical scavenging capacity ↗2022-03-01 · Jabuticaba Tablet Sample

The sample's radical scavenging capacity is measured using an in vitro DPPH assay and expressed in vitamin C equivalents.

Turmeric Test results →

Turmeric peptide extract powder and SGS-tested botanical extract tablets are different samples. Read results with their sample names, report dates, methods and units; they do not establish effects from a serving of the finished product.

Cinnamon Test results →

The values on this page correspond to each cinnamon extract powder report and do not represent all cinnamon varieties, foods or final products. NADH and β-NMN are reported in μg/g.

  • Cinnamon extract powder: SOD-Like ↗2023-07-07 · Sample names follow the original reports

The original file is a scanned image file, showing the SOD-Like in vitro activity of cinnamon extract powder samples.

  • Cinnamon extract powder: ORAC ↗2023-07-07 · Sample names follow the original reports

The in vitro antioxidant capacity of cinnamon extract powder samples submitted for testing is presented in Trolox equivalents.

  • Cinnamon extract powder: cinnamaldehyde ↗2024-03-21 · Sample names follow the original reports

Quantitative analysis of the cinnamaldehyde content in cinnamon extract powder.

  • Cinnamon extract powder: NADH ↗2025-04-16 · Sample names follow the original reports

The report states the unit as μg/g. The incorrect mg/g unit in the older filename is not used here.

  • Cinnamon extract powder: β-NMN ↗2025-04-16 · Sample names follow the original reports

The report states the unit as μg/g. The incorrect mg/g unit in the older filename is not used here.
